Golden Curried Devil Eggs: What eggs wish they could be all grown up

I love deviled eggs. The creamy mayonnaised infused yolk spiced up with mustard with a dash of paprika was always a favorite of mine growing up. Here’s an adult and more nutritionally aware version that I I hope will knock you and your guests socks off. The addition of crispy onions and spicy curry blend makes it more of a satisfying meal and delirium for your taste buds. And it’s super simple. Enjoy!




  • 6 Boiled Eggs split in half yolks separated
  • 1 Tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1/4 Red Onions Finely Minced
  • 1 tsp Colonel De’s Persian Gold
  • Chives and Cowboy Spice for Garnish

Mix egg yolks, mayo, mustard, minced onions, Persian Gold in a bowl. Spoon mixture into egg whites and top with chives and sprinkle with Cowboy spice (see below).





  • 1 Tablespoon Salt
  • ½ Tablespoon Turmeric
  • 1 Tablespoon Smoked Paprika
  • 1 Tablespoon Ground Onion
  • 1 Tablespoon Ground Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • ½ teaspoon Celery Seed
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Coriander
  • ½ teaspoon Ground Mustard
